Strategy
Together with you we define what is possible and what is worth building to reach the audience you care about: XR, augmented reality, apps, gamification, Web3. When the answer is no, we say so.
Concept and experience
We design what people do once they are inside: explore a destination, take part in a challenge, discover content, join a community. With the story and the interaction and game mechanics it takes.
Activation
We get the project out of the drawer: positioning and marketing strategy, launch plan, development coordination, partnerships, community growth.
When taking part also means owning.
With blockchain, an experience can offer people digital goods to own and trade, or reserved access and benefits. The content can be copied; ownership of the digital good can be verified.
A beautiful digital world is not enough.
Building a digital space is only the beginning. People walk in once, say it looks great and never come back. It stays an empty museum.
That happens when nobody has answered the question every visitor asks: what can I do here that I can’t do anywhere else? That is why we join the project before a line of code is written: to decide what to build, and for whom.
How we work
Listening
We start from the goal, the audience and what already exists. Technology comes later.
Concept
We define what the experience will be: what visitors do, what they discover, who they share it with.
Prototype
First a small version, tested with real people. Then the full project, built by developers we coordinate.
Launch
We support the release with partnerships and communication, and watch how people really use it, so we can adjust.
Who is behind it
W3Live is the consultancy founded in 2021 by Fabio Operti, a communication, marketing and innovation strategist based in Milan.
He comes from corporate communication and marketing and has spent years working on immersive and gamification projects involving companies, destinations and institutions. He holds the two together: what a company or an institution needs, and what a technology can really do.
On every project Fabio works with a network of professionals chosen for what the job needs: marketing and artificial intelligence, writing and social media, design, development.
